How much does a pool cost in Miami?
A typical residential gunite pool with equipment and a basic deck runs between $65,000 and $120,000. The final price depends on size, yard access, soil conditions and finishes. The estimate is free and itemized.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes. We prepare the plans and engineering, submit them to your city or county and coordinate every inspection until the permit is closed.
How does payment work?
By milestones: a deposit at signing, then payments as excavation, gunite, decking and handover are completed. We never ask for the full amount upfront.
Do I need to be home during construction?
No. We only need access to the backyard. We send you progress photos at the end of every stage.
What warranty do you offer?
Five years on the structure, two on plumbing, and the manufacturer’s warranty on all equipment.
